Information
Product made of high-strength white cement, selected aggregates, organic additives and pigments.
- Direct application to the enclosure wall with no need of plastering.
- Application in interiors and exteriors.
- Waterproof coating.
- Permeable to water vapor, allowing the support to transpire.
- Do not crack.
- Protect the upper edges of the coating against the penetration of rainwater.
- Do not apply on cellular concrete, plaster, paints, metal surfaces, plastic, insulation and materials of low mechanical resistance.
- In case of heat, wind or on very absorbent supports, it is recommended to moisten the support and wait for the disappearance of the water film.
- At singular points (joints between different materials, forged, pillars, blind boxes, angles of the frames of doors and windows, etc) assemble the mortar with fiberglass mesh to avoid fissures.
- On low porous substrates, apply a primer (EUROFIX) or improve the roughness by mechanical means.
- The supports must be resistant, stable, healthy and clean, free of dust, residues of release agents, organic products, etc.
- Extend the material on the wall, properly trained, leaving it completely smoothed.
- Once completely extended, spray the cloth to be sealed or printed, as well as the mold, roller or tool to be used with Desmoldeante (EUROSOL). Both should be well impregnated, but not in excess.
- With the molds and material well impregnated, proceed to print the desired drawing, with roller or with one of the different molds to the effect, according to figure or relief desired. When we have finished sealing or printing the entire cloth, we proceed to correct possible defects with the pallet or with an appropriate tool, leaving the wall corrected for possible sealing errors.
- The Plastite allows us to rectify before starting its surface setting, which is usually between 10/15 minutes. If we try later we can break the superficial film that forms, and therefore the figure or drawing to be obtained, producing mostly cracks, although these can be corrected later.
- Once the Plastite mortar has started to harden enough (in practice the next day) we can begin its tinting with the Eurotint, suitable for this type of use due to its plasticity, easy handling, solubility in solvents (it becomes almost a normal paint) and especially for its impermeability.
- Do not apply below 5ºC or above 30ºC.
- Do not apply with risk of frost, rain, strong winds or direct sunlight.
- For thicknesses greater than 2 cm it is recommended to apply the product in two layers.
- The minimum final thickness of use of plaster should be 10 mm.
- Presentation: 25 kg sacks. 1400 kg pallets (56 bags).
- Colors: extensive range of more than 150 colors expandable according to customer needs.
- Theoretical performance per m2 and 1mm of thickness: 1.4 Kg. + -0.1 Kg
- Practical performance of the material applied on a substantially flat support in a thickness of 12 to 15 mm: from 12 to 14 Kg / m2.
- Conservation: 12 months from the date of manufacture, in the original container closed and protected from humidity.
